It is especially helpful for early-stage supervisors who manage complex projects and special assignments.
Coursework for the Certificate
Certificate is awarded after completion of the required course Manager's Toolkit for Delegation, Accountability, and Results and two courses from the elective course selections. Certificate requirements should be completed within an 24 month period.
