New in 2020, the Foundations of Coaching Certificate will build your leadership skills to empower others to grow personally and professionally. This certificate program creates a baseline of knowledge and skills critical for professional coaches (external coaching) and executives and managers who want to incorporate coaching skills into their workplace role (internal coaching).
Through this series of four, one-day programs, you will explore how adults learn and change, expand your capacity to listen, learn how to conduct intentional coaching conversations and develop the tools and mindset you need to launch each coaching engagement with the maximum potential for success.
