The transition from performing as an individual contributor to managing others requires an expanded and deepened interpersonal management skill set. Coursework for the Certificate

Certificate is awarded after completion of one of the required two-day management training course and two class days from the elective course selection below. Certificate requirements should be completed within an 18-month period.
