Panel Members:

Dr. Cynthia Kubu, M.D.

  • Cynthia S. Kubu, PhD, ABPP-CN, is a Staff Neuropsychologist in the Center for Neurological Restoration at Cleveland Clinic. Her clinical and research interests include  neuropsychological assessment in neurosurgical treatment for epilepsy, movement and psychiatric disorders; neuropsychiatry; acquired brain injury; dementia; and neuroethics. She also serves as the Vice Dean of Faculty in the School of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University. 

Claudia Diaz-Singer

  • Claudia Diaz Singer, Sr Director of Talent Development and Workplace Inclusion at The J.M. Smucker Co.  Spanning diverse roles in sales, marketing, customer service, and human resources, Claudia has consistently played a pivotal role in spearheading organizational change and development.

Yentil Rawlinson

  • Yentil Rawlinson serves as the Vice President of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity for The Sherwin-Williams Company. In this role, she is responsible for establishing and leading the global strategy to attract, develop, and retain underrepresented talent, drive a culture of belonging, and foster economic inclusion for underrepresented suppliers.
