In this hybrid program, you will dive deep into how EI separates good coaches from great ones.
Through a blend of live, intensive workshops and self-paced asynchronous learning, you'll explore how to use EI to manage your own presence, build deeper trust with your clients, and help them navigate complex environments. You’ll also go deeper into the IDEAL Conversation Framework, a powerful structure that supports best practices of emotional intelligence and Intentional Change Theory in your coaching conversations. This high-practice program is explicitly mapped to the ICF Core Competencies, moving you significantly forward on your credentialing path.
