Accelerating human-centered product and service design in the age of ChatGPT

This course is designed for product development leaders and professionals aiming to deepen their knowledge of human-centered design and the strategic and operational implications of integrating generative artificial intelligence (AI) into product development strategies.

We will explore the practical application of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT as well as image generation tools like DALL-E across the entire iterative design process to boost productivity, address common gaps, and increase confidence in deliverables. Participants will engage in hands-on exercises around various design tasks including user research, cohort analysis, persona development, and the creation of design artifact and prototypes.

This one-day workshop will also include guest presentations by industry experts providing further insights on product design practices and the evolving landscape of generative AI technology.

Learning Outcomes
