While Course 1 provides the tools, Course 2 helps you refine them. Through hands-on exercises, realistic simulations, and direct feedback from peers and Weatherhead faculty, you will strengthen your coaching skills and build the competence and confidence needed to bring out the best in others.

You will also take a deeper dive into emotional regulation, psychological safety, and the importance of managing your own well-being, developing a comprehensive action plan for putting your newfound knowledge and skills to immediate use.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of Course 2, you will be able to:
  • Recall ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics as frameworks for ethical practice.
  • Explain the role of emotional regulation, psychological safety, and mindset shift in effective coaching.
  • Manage your own well-being to sustain an effective and resilient coaching practice.
  • Apply the IDEAL Conversation Framework and advanced listening, questioning, and action-oriented coaching skills through hands-on practice, expert demos, and structured feedback.
